What is the email newsletter?

Every week on Friday, we send out our email newsletter to our subscribers. The email newsletter will typically contain the following:

  • Company news or updates.
  • Anything new we’ve worked on.
  • Our latest bathroom remodeling tips and insights or blog posts. 

Are you overpricing your jobs before applying the discount?

No. Our line-item pricing remains the same whether or not the discount is applied. We aim to achieve a net profit on every project we undertake so that we can continue to build and grow a healthy company and provide excellent service for our customers. The discount is deducted from our net profit for the job.

Are there any terms or conditions?

We wanted to keep it as simple as possible, so here’s how it works: For every $5,000 you spend on your next project, we’ll give you $500 off the total price, up to $1,000. 

 

So, for example: 

  • If your total project price is $5,000, you’ll pay $4,500 after your discount. 
  • If your project is $7,500, you still get $500 off and pay $7,000 after your discount.
  • If your total project price is $10,000 or more, you’ll get $1,000 off.
  • Projects under $5,000 will not be eligible for the promotional discount (jobs under $5,000 are rare for us anyway).

 

There are a couple of basic conditions:

  • This offer is only available to new email newsletter subscribers.
  • The offer will expire after 12 months from the date you subscribed to our email list.
  • You must be an active email subscriber to take advantage of the offer.
  • The offer is only open to new customers and will only be available once per customer.
